Shipping & Returns
We ship 7 days a week (Limited to Closures and Holidays). All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
Shipping Insurance: is recommended. This protects against Damage during shipment or Loss / Non-Delivery.
Returns & Exchanges: All crystals are sold with high quality photographs & measurements. There are no surprises for the buyer.
In the rare case that you simply are not happy with the crystal you purchased you have 7 days to process a return. Simply email us at Support@ragnarsrocks.com & let us know you would like to process a return.
*Wholesale or Lots are sold as is and are based on availability. No “High Grading" lots or returning stones you do not wish to use.
Ragnar's Rocks is not responsible for issuing or managing refunds for third party items.
Lost / Damaged item
Ragnar will refund or replace an item if lost or damaged during shipment.

All Single crystals, gemstones or pieces of jewelry are unique and one of a kind. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. The only listings we use "Stock" Photos of are some Rough, Tumbled, Gemstones, Apparel items and Wholesale Parcels.
Free Shipping Policy
All Items over 25$ shipped within the USA include free shipping. Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties, these items are not included in our free shipping policy.
