Refund policy

We ship 7 days a week. (Limited to Closures and Holidays)

 

 

Returns & Exchanges: All crystals are sold with high quality photographs & measurements. There are no surprises for the buyer.

 

In the rare case that you simply are not happy with the crystal you purchased within 7 days, you may send it back, properly packaged and postmarked - We provide Return labels for returns, simply email us & let us know you would like to return.

 

*Wholesale or Lots are sold as is and are based on availability, etc. No "picking”  or  “high grading" lots, and returning stones you do not wish to use.

 

Lost / Damaged item

Ragnar will refund or replace an item if lost or damaged during shipment.

All Single crystals, gemstones or pieces of jewelry are unique and one of a kind.

 

The pictures are of the actual item you will receive.

 

The only listings we use "Stock" Photos of are some Rough, Tumbled, Gemstones and Wholesale Parcels. These items will be listed as such.
